Just Sunday (May 9th 2010 and Mother's Day too) I had the chance to visit a new restaurant situated at Old Klang Road with my family.
Outside view of the Restaurant - photo taken from their official website
The seafood there was so very fresh I swear you can still see it moving. (Pardon the hyperbole)
Sadly, I only have 2 photos of the food as I was focusing on gobbling everything else.
The Chef's Special Sashimi
Price: The menu states 'Market Price' but my bill states a shocking, whopping RM240++
It was VERY fresh and tender nevertheless.
Other dishes I'd recommend after eating them on my trip there were : The Wagyu Stone Grill - which is actually stoned grilled agoshima Wagyu A5 Grade Beef; and the Hawaiian Roll.
The Wagyu Gill was the best beef I've ever eaten albeit pricey. Seriously. Tender and juicy and the consistency of the taste of the sauce it was marinated in was simply fantastic. It felt like eating warm, melting marshmallows. And the fragrance of it on the grill can make you salivate any time.
Next up, was the very interesting Hawaiian Roll.
It was a long plateful of Fried Shrip sushi rolls, half of the sushi had extra sweet mango on it. And the plate was decorated with a mayonnaise-like sauce and some greens. Hence the name 'Hawaiian'. Sushi with fruit? Not a bad combo.
I know you must be cursing my incompetence with the photographs, but fret not. I leave you with a link of images of the food they serve. What's great about this link is, its an automatic slide show of what the restaurant offers. Just click *me!*
